BJP on Monday hailed the Union budget and said that it will provide a major boost to India's infrastructure, agriculture and healthcare. Congress strongly criticised the Union Budget, saying FM's speech was oblivious to the declining GDP and the budget was a case of "wrong diagnosis and prescription".
