Addressing a Jan Vishwas Yatra in Uttar Pradesh`s Basti ahead of the Uttar Pradesh Assembly polls, the BJP chief said, "Akhilesh (Yadav) Ji, you had withdrawn cases against 15 terrorists, but the court didn't allow it.
