Fourth wave scare: India sees single-day rise of 2,183 new Covid-19 cases, 214 deaths in 24 hours

India reported 214 Covid-19 linked fatalities in the past 24 hours, pushing the overall death toll to 5,21,965, according to the Union Health Ministry data updated at 9 AM on Monday.
